Ingredients:
Deer tenderloin (best meat on the deer by my opinion)
Favorite fry batter
brown mushroom gravy (hard stuff to find.. i usually can find it at Wal-Mart in small glass jars)
Directions:
Batter the meat and fry it until its good and done... take the mushroom gravy and pour it in to the pan when the meat is done... leave everything in the pan for flavor... u want to have enough mushroom gravy to were its like you can have the meat and some gravy but not to were it runs everywere... good stuff grew up on it down here in the big kentucky
