this one takes little bit of prep work but is very rewarding at finish product. ingredients 11/2 pounds of backstrap or select cuts of the hind quarters. 2green bell peppers. 2 sweet onions .1 pack smoke bacon .1large pack of cherry tomatoes. pack of kabob sticks .mushrooms(optional)if so marinade with meat. bottle of moores marinade or dales (if using dales only marinate for 15 minutes)(if using moores 30 minutes will do).

prep work(the fun)
cut meat into small cubes (preferably 1 inch by 1inch)marinate in medium size bowl stir every 5 minutes.
cut onion,bell pepper and bacon into 1/2 dollar size bites and keep separate.
slide on one piece of each on to stick untill all ingredients are gone including cherry tomatoes(about 1/2 way into this process start grill)cook kabobs between 10 to 15 minutes (remember its deer meat so the longer you cook it the dryer the meat will be

I have done this before and it's well worth the prep work, I can taste them melting in my mouth now. haha and for those meatetarians (people who hate vegetables!!! haha) I have just simply wrapped the venison cube with a piece of bacon and grilled on low over tin foil.
